I think there is so much noise out there I feel bad for those agencies that are just now getting onto social media. On the other hand, there is so much knowledge out there that they really need to pay attention to that knowledge. There is no reason they shouldn’t be able to succeed based on what’s out there by watching how these companies succeed or fail based on what they’re putting out.
