I think there is so much noise out there I feel bad for those agencies that are just now getting onto social media. On the other hand, there is so much knowledge out there that they really need to pay attention to that knowledge. There is no reason they shouldn’t be able to succeed based on what’s out there by watching how these companies succeed or fail based on what they’re putting out. I wish more of them really took the time to evaluate how successful they are with their social strategies. Just linking your incident feed up to a Twitter account can only take you so far.
